Business Analyst Location: North Antrim Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in interfacing with clients and collaborating with both technical and business teams for our client, based in North Antrim. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis, particularly in software project delivery within a commercial environment. Day-to-day of the role: Lead client requirements gathering and produce detailed requirements specifications for projects. Drive project calls and manage the overall organisation and delivery of projects as part of a project team. Create accurate project estimates and carry out post-project reviews including actual vs projected cost analysis and lessons-learned exercises to ensure continual improvement. Build and develop client relationships. Perform general office duties and adhere to all information security best practices as per ISO-27001 standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educated to at least higher level in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a 2:1 or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst or in a role involving analysis and delivery of software in a commercial environment. Proficient in producing documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Confident communicator capable of managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing. Critical thinker with a solution-oriented focus. Effective and enthusiastic team player with a self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach. Methodical and logical in approach, organised, and detail oriented.
