We’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals who love picking up the phone, building pipelines, and creating opportunities. This isn’t a client servicing role — it’s about being proactive, hunting for opportunities, and playing a key part in helping people access the right financial advice.
What you’ll be doing
•\tSpeaking with inbound leads from our marketing team to qualify and book appointments with advisers
•\tGenerating your own leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline
•\tDriving activity and hitting weekly and monthly targets
•\tStaying organised and on top of follow-ups and next steps
•\tSupporting the team on sales initiatives to help scale the business
What we’re looking for
•\tIdeally at start of their career with 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales (but we value hunger and ambition just as much as experience)
•\tComfortable and confident speaking on the phone
•\tStrong organisational skills and the ability to keep your pipeline moving
•\tA true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and motivated to succeed
