With a reputation built on technical excellence and customer care, we're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Service Advisor to join our aftersales team.
Role Overview
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key liaison between our workshops and customers, ensuring every service experience is smooth, compliant, and professionally managed. You'll coordinate bookings, manage repair authorisations, and ensure documentation aligns with DVSA, LOLER and Isuzu Truck standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and manage service appointments for LCV and HGV customers
• Prepare accurate job cards, warranty claims, and invoice descriptions
• Communicate technical findings and repair updates clearly to customers
• Liaise with technicians to ensure fault codes and diagnostics are documented precisely
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK/EU legislation and dealership protocols
• Maintain audit-ready service records and customer communications
• Support parts ordering and workshop workflow coordination
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (LCV/HGV dealership preferred)
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, DTC codes, and service documentation
• Familiarity with Isuzu systems and technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of DVSA, PUWER, LOLER, compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
