The Role
You’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the Chipping Norton office, working closely with buyers and sellers to guide them through the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and advising potential vendors and buyers
* Carrying out market appraisals
* Organising and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales
* Preparing property details, including brochures and written descriptions
* Keeping Alto and internal records up to date
* Keeping clients regularly updated with clear, proactive communication
* Completing compliance checks (including AML)
* Supporting social media and marketing initiatives
* Assisting with general office duties as needed
About You
* Previous estate agency experience is preferred
* Strong understanding of the property sales process
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Professional, friendly and approachable
* Good knowledge of the local area is a bonus
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
