Sales Coordinator — £28,000–£32,000 Manufacturing Maidenhead - On-site
We’re recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management or sales within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer orders and enquiries
* Assist with quotations, margin checks, and commercial administration
* Help coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI), including part creation and BOM management
* Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers
* Assist with RMA processing and customer service follow-ups
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
About You
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Keen to learn and develop towards an Account Manager or Business Development role
* Willingness to work on-site and occasionally travel to customers or other company sites
* Interest in manufacturing.
This is a fully on-site role, offering hands-on experience across the full customer lifecycle and excellent opportunities for progression within a growing, dynamic team.
