Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties What do you need to succeed as a Receptionist?
