Description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the business is looking for a Director of FP&A to drive business performance. In addition to leading on all commercial finance activities, the position will act as a key contact between finance and the private equity fund, also partnering with senior leadership to drive insights that support growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will also support on M&A, with an emphasis on financial modelling and due diligence.
Skills
Candidates for this Director of FP&A role will be qualified accountants, with first class academic profiles, and a strong track record in commercial finance, ideally gained within a high-growth, technology focussed environment. Prior exposure to private equity backed businesses would be highly advantageous, as well as exposure to senior stakeholders, and experience of managing a large team. A genuine passion for the technology sector is essential, along with the ability to operate at significant pace and influence at the board level. This is a rare opportunity to join a creative, entrepreneurial business in a strategic and highly visible role.
