About the Role
:
We are looking for a Supervisor to be a part of a local team responsible for the operational supervision of contract activities, ensure compliance and adherence to health and safety regulations, carry out inspections and surveys, and monitor and maintain all supplied company assets, including operative’s vans, van stocks, material purchases, tools, plant hire, uniform and PPE.
Role Criteria:
1. Experience in repairs and maintenance
2. Experience in social housing
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. Working with people
5. Ability to work as a team and alone
6. Full UK driving license
Desirable experience as a supervisor and knowledge of PDA and MCM systems.
