Responsibilities
* Provide confidential, comprehensive, and varied administrative and secretarial support to the Community Mental Health Team, including reception cover.
* Use initiative and resources while exercising a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
* Communicate accurately and timely to ensure information is passed on correctly and efficiently.
* Operate within pre‑determined procedures and parameters, act independently, prioritising work with periodic review from the supervisor.
* Generate workload based on the clinical caseload and professional roles of the multi‑disciplinary team; includes audio typing skills.
Please be advised that, effective 1 April 2026, the full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
