With strong heritage and an ambitious growth agenda, the business is now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of a flagship brand across the UK and key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans across the UK and key European markets, ensuring clear KPIs are in place to drive growth and brand equity.
* Manage and optimise integrated communications campaigns, working closely with agency partners across PR, media and social.
* Monitor brand health, portfolio performance and market share, recommending actions to maximise growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales, shopper marketing and category teams to develop compelling plans aligned with key customer priorities.
* Identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation and support the launch of innovation and product developments.
* Work closely with global teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with long‑term brand ambitions.
* Manage brand investment and marketing budgets to deliver maximum commercial return.
About You
* Proven experience in Brand Management across the UK and European markets, ideally within drinks or FMCG.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand building with measurable business results.
* Experience developing and delivering insight‑led brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
* Confident managing agencies and influencing a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.
