This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and experience handling customer payments and account queries. The successful candidate will be responsible for confirming incoming payments, monitoring student payment plans, and following up on missed or overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner. Duties & Responsibilities • Confirm and process student payments • Monitor payment schedules and account balances • Contact students regarding missed or overdue payments • Maintain accurate account records and notes • Work closely with the Student Care and Finance teams • Respond to payment-related queries via phone and email • Assist with general administrative tasks within the accounts department Desired Experience & Qualification • Previous experience in accounts, administration, or credit control preferred • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal • Good organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working with payment systems and CRM platforms • Professional and approachable manner • Ability to manage sensitive conversations calmly and professionally Package & Remuneration What We Offer Fully remote, work-from-home position Stable monthly salary of £700 Commission Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing online company
