What You'll Be Doing
* Provide structured support for children with autism, PMLD, or trauma backgrounds

* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals
You'll Need
* Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in SEN or care settings
* A calm, warm personality with emotional resilience
* Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
