About the role
As an Advanced Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll take ownership of a specific piece of equipment, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both performance and reliability. From resolving day-to-day issues and conducting product testing to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, you’ll be hands-on in delivering great results.
Using problem-solving tools and daily management systems, you’ll help reduce waste and drive continuous improvement. You'll also support your team by coaching others and sharing your knowledge. If you have a background in manufacturing or the food industry, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit.

What will you be doing?
* Take ownership of your equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets production targets.
* Tackle production issues head-on, using problem-solving tools to reduce waste and improve performance.
* Work closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting others to maintain high standards.
* Deliver consistent quality and safety, making a real impact on the products our customers love.
* Develop your skills through hands-on experience and bespoke training, becoming a subject matter expert in your area.

* Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry is highly valued, but transferable skills from other fast-paced environments are also welcome.
* Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll provide all the training you need – so don’t let that hold you back.
