Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Duties

* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that align with business development goals.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong skills in strategic planning, sales techniques, negotiation, and project management.
* Experience in customer relationship management and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
