The Role
* Support learners aged 16 to 25 with their learning, wellbeing and personal development
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support programmes
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners achieve their goals
* Full-time position with working hours typically 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some weekday finish times varying
* Driving is essential due to the location of the provision

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting young people with additional needs
* Patient, resilient and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
