Are you an immediately available Payroll Manager ready to lead a small team?
BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Manager to join their client's team in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home,
This role is instrumental in providing support and guidance to junior members of the team.

About the role:
* Lead a team of 4,
* Support with the implementation of a new payroll system,
* Manage the organisations end to end in house payroll service with high levels of accuracy,
* Support the wider people team in implementing organisation wide payroll policies and procedures.
About you:
* Proven experience as a payroll manager, with experience of supporting a team,
* Experience of managing end to end payroll in a large organisation,
* Knowledge of statutory payroll and HMRC regulations.
* Immediately available or available on one weeks' notice.
