An established and highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy disputes team on a 6-week temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to gain exposure to complex litigation matters within a leading practice, supporting Partners and fee earners with high-volume disclosure work.
The Opportunity
The successful Paralegal will be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident handling fast-paced tasks under tight deadlines.
This is a full-time role for 6 weeks, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, in the firm's central London office (no remote working).
Duties include:
Assist on a large-scale document review and disclosure exercise
Use eDisclosure platforms to manage, categorise, and prepare high volumes of documentation
Apply relevance and privilege filters in line with legal guidance
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel to coordinate disclosure deadlines
Maintain clear records and audit trails of reviewed materials
Provide additional support on litigation tasks as requiredThe Requirements
Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal on disclosure/document review work (essential)
Familiarity with eDisclosure tools and document management systems
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high workloads accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Immediate availability (or short notice period), and able to work full time in an office
Strong academic background (minimum A levels or equivalent)Desirable
Experience in complex commercial litigation
Experience with Everlaw and Relativity
Knowledge of UK disclosure rules and protocols
