The Person:
* Experienced in Restaurant, Fast Casual, QSR, Retail, Leisure, or Pub environments
* Commercially and financially astute
* Strategic thinker with strong people leadership skills
* Dynamic, forward:thinking, and hands:on
* Comfortable managing multiple sites and driving operational excellence
