Overview
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's administrative functions. From managing a busy reception and switchboard to supporting school events, trips, and communications, your work will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. You'll be part of a collaborative team providing essential support to staff, students, and visitors, helping to maintain high standards of service and efficiency across the school.
We're seeking someone with strong administrative and IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Experience in a school or customer-facing environment is desirable, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Whalley Range 11-18 High School is a popular, high-performing, multicultural inner-city girls' comprehensive school with a thriving Sixth Form, located close to Manchester city centre. We are a part of the Greater Manchester Education Trust. Together, we create lives of opportunity.
