Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Director to lead our flagship boutique located on Old Bond Street. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and client experience. Your mission will be to drive commercial success while upholding the highest standards of service and brand representation.
Your Contribution to the Role
Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs
Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure budget efficiency
Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to support business growth
Ensure an exceptional level of client service through coaching and daily oversight
Lead client development initiatives and build long-term relationships with top clients
Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members
Create a positive and professional team environment that encourages motivation and collaboration
Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, organized, and maintained
Lead regular team meetings and daily briefings to align on goals, priorities, and performance
Foster effective communication between store, team members, and corporate departments
What You Bring to the Team
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within luxury retail, with a strong focus on back-of-house operations.
Deep understanding of stock and inventory management systems and cash handling procedures
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with luxury fashion industry standards and customer expectations.
