Atrium Healthcare is hiring for a Deputy Manager on behalf of a respected children’s residential care provider.
What you’ll do:
Support the Registered Manager and lead the team
Oversee care plans and compliance
Mentor staff and support training
Ensure children’s needs are met with compassion and consistency
What you’ll need:
NVQ Level 3 (Children’s Residential or equivalent)
Experience in a senior or deputy care role
Strong communication & organisational skills
