Job Description
* Support the daily leadership and coordination of the procurement team
* Support team development through regular 1‑2‑1s and skills assessment
* Drive supplier performance, risk management and cost optimisation
* Lead supply chain involvement in new product introduction
* Ensure lowest cost of acquisition while maintaining quality and delivery standards
* Promote a continuous improvement culture using Lean principles
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Ideally 3‑5 years' procurement experience within manufacturing / aerospace
* Strong supplier management and negotiation background, with a track record of cost reduction and performance improvement.
* Experience in a regulated environment (AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949 or similar)
