What youll do
* Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to Sodexo and client standards.
* Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
* Operate tills, handle cash, and complete all required sales documentation.
* Keep service areas, tables, and condiments clean, stocked, and presentable.
* Replenish food counters, vending machines, and assist with deliveries.
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
* Support cleaning duties according to schedules and standards.
* Assist at special functions and provide cover in other service areas when needed.
What youll bring
* Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
* Confidence in handling cash and operating tills.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Flexibility to support different service areas and shifts.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.
* Willingness to undertake training and follow company procedures.
