Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Roofing Estimator. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating and estimating project costs, preparing detailed roofing proposals, and ensuring accurate measurements and material requirements. Day-to-day tasks include assessing project specifications, consulting with clients, and coordinating with the project management team to ensure cost-effective solutions and high-quality execution.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Carpentry and Insulation
* Experience with Roofs and Waterproofing
* Competence in Working at Height
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of roofing materials and building regulations
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in the roofing industry is preferred
