They are now seeking a talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen, delivering a high-quality, 2 Rosette-level food offering that celebrates British cuisine with a modern touch, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
6. Leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards across all dining outlets
7. Designing and evolving menus in line with a 2 Rosette-level offering, focusing on seasonality and quality produce
8. Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, cost control and team development
9. Mentoring and inspiring a small brigade of 6 chefs, fostering a positive and professional culture
10. Ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail in every dish
