Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in a supportive primary school setting?
We are currently recruiting confident and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and well-resourced primary schools in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in the classroom, enjoys supporting young learners, and is confident working across KS1 and KS2.

The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
* Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Supporting phonics, reading, writing, and maths
* Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm learning environment
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs

✅ Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in UK primary schools
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management
* Confident supporting children with additional needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
* Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
