STW Inventory Management System Implementation Project Lead

We are looking to appoint a Project Lead to provide comprehensive administrative and project support for the implementation of the Inventory Management System (IMS) across designated hospital and system departments.
The role will include responsibility for planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management, training delivery, and post‑implementation support.
Eligible candidates have English and Maths GCSEs, relevant experience in project coordination within a healthcare setting, and a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
Main duties of the job
* Project planning & coordination
* Hardware management
* Planning, coordinating, and delivering training
* Data, stock, and process preparation
* Stock audit and testing
* Post-implementation support
* Performance measurement
Qualifications
* GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
Experience and knowledge
* Proven relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
* Proven experience in identifying and escalating project risks
* Proven experience in managing a busy workload, ensuring all outputs and information requests are completed within required timeframes
* Proven experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders and facilitating meetings
* Proven experience with inventory or clinical systems

Salary
£28,392 to £31,157 per annum (pro rata).
