Sophisticated frauds, involving grooming of targeted individuals, shows the fake recruiter asking the unsuspecting job seeker to take part in a fake job interview, either over the phone or via WhatsApp, and also sending fraudulent follow-up correspondence offering job positions.
Any communication about jobs at Oxford University Hospitals will come from 'Trac', or via an ouh.nhs.uk email address.
All meetings and interviews will be scheduled on Microsoft Teams from a verified OUH email account.

Job overview
Due to the forthcoming retirement of the Tissue Viability Nurse Consultant (who led the TV Team Leader), we're excited to offer an internal opportunity for a current band 7 senior specialist nurse/trainee ANP in Tissue Viability, to take a leadership role to support the continued development of the Tissue Viability Service at OUH.
The role will be the Lead Nurse for the OUH Tissue Viability Service, and work in partnership with other local NHS organisations, system colleagues, contractors and other non-NHS organisations, to positively impact patient safety, quality, and reduce potential harm, and will be supported in the role by the Trust Lead for Advancing Practice, and the Chief Nurse.
The role will also work as an autonomous, advanced level practitioner, responsible for providing highly specialised nursing advice and support, to demonstrate advanced levels of clinical expertise in supporting and facilitating quality, individualised patient care, in collaboration with the multi-professional team, and to support the TV team in a leadership role.
The role will be structured around the four pillars of advanced practice (clinical practice, leadership, education and research), and provide leadership in relation to clinical practice in tissue viability, and harm reduction initiatives related to Hospital Acquired Pressure Ulcer (HAPU) prevention and management.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an advanced practitioner in Tissue Viability, delivering a comprehensive service to patients by employing a high degree of professional and personal autonomy to improve patient outcomes and experience in Tissue Viability. The role is expected to deliver clinical care for 50% of their time, with remaining dedicated to team leadership, educational activities, training, QI and research.

The role will be supported with access to supervision, coaching and CPD, managed by the Trust Lead for Advancing Practice; plus a supportive network of Senior Multi-Professional Clinicians, and a variety research active, senior leadership roles, including the Chief Nurse.
A completed MSc in Advanced Practice or Tissue Viability, with evidence of practice at an advanced level is essential, but we will welcome applications from strong internal band 7 candidates with significant proven clinical expertise in tissue viability. The role will ideally be a registered non-medical prescriber.
The Tissue Viability Service operates Trust Wide, across four hospital sites (Oxford and Banbury). The role is primary based at the John Radcliffe Hospital site, but will require travel to other sites depending on service needs.
