Job Description
* Supervise and support front-of-house staff during evening service
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
* Oversee opening and closing procedures for evening shifts
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations
* Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and performance on the floor
* Handle cashing up, daily reports, and other end-of-day tasks
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior restaurant role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
* Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
