About the Role
We’re looking for a Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be responsible for driving service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Bar.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, fun environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and motivate a team of Bartenders and Barbacks
* Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues confidently
* Drive sales performance, including food & beverage
* Monitor guest feedback and improve service standards
* Ensure all operational, brand, and safety standards are met
* Manage rotas in line with business needs and labour budgets
* Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* Minimum 1+ year experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Passion for delivering great customer service
* Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
