Job Title: ServiceNow BA Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) About the Role: Our client are hiring for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new enterprise ticketing and workflow solution using ServiceNow. You will join a well-established project delivery team within a global professional services organization, helping drive transformational change and optimize internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities for the rollout of ServiceNow, including scope definition, requirements gathering, process optimization, and change management. Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Produce high-quality documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure traceability from requirements to business benefits. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and presentations to senior leadership. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Proven track record with ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise service management platforms. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business.
