Complaint Handler Location: Belper, Derbyshire (On-site) Hours: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am - 5:30pm Brook Street is working with a leading contact centre in Derbyshire to recruit experienced Complaint Handlers to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and positive outcomes Carry out thorough investigations using root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues Work collaboratively with internal departments to gather all relevant information Manage complaints across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining accountability for each case Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and stakeholders Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in complaint handling or resolution GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
