We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager for Claude Choules Bar and Kitchen. Focusing on street food with impressive execution and epic flavour Customers can create their own masterpiece, that we bring it to life. We provide an exciting menu to eat in or order as a takeaway.
The successful candidate will be energetic with confidence in their ability and have experience in high performing quality hospitality venues. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as a positive attitude with attention to detail, strong communication, organisational and planning skills and a desire to achieve success.
Responsibilities include:
· Consistently delivering on customer expectations
· Efficient and profitable running of the venue on a daily basis
· Achievement of weekly sales targets and net profits
· Effective management of costs
· Development of the team to foster a culture of continued improvement, high morale, challenge and career progression
Remuneration includes:
· Salary of £30,000 per annum
* 45 hours per week
· 28 days annual leave
