We’re looking for aYouth Justice Keyworkerto join our team at Worthing Custody Suite. You’ll work a rolling shift pattern (5 days on, 3 days off, 10am–6pm), supporting young people during some of their most vulnerable moments in police custody.
With empathy, respect, and a trauma-informed approach, you’ll engage with young people to:
* Offer immediate emotional support and advocacy.
* Explore the challenges they face, such as substance misuse, housing, education, and employment.
* Work with families where appropriate to strengthen support networks.
* Connect young people with tailored services that can help them change direction.
