What We Are Looking For...
1. Drive sales & maximize profit by adhering to company VM guidelines, ensuring correct product merchandising, and implementing layout changes. Lead from the front by handling product daily, placing new deliveries, and highlighting best sellers and key pieces for customers.
2. Conduct daily floor walks to assess windows, lighting, sales floor, and stockrooms, identifying opportunities. Analyze reports, make commercial decisions, and delegate tasks to your team of Senior Sales and Sales Advisors.
3. Provide customers with styling ideas, stay updated on trends and competitors. Collaborate with the field VM team to maintain high visual standards and ensure good size availability.
4. Prioritize delivery of new lines and replenish top-selling departments promptly.
5. Work independently and demonstrate strong communication skills to engage your team.
6. Exhibit leadership qualities and a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience.
7. Analyze reports and make informed commercial decisions.
8. Maintain an understanding of current trends and competitor activities.
9. Have experience in Visual Merchandising and managing large teams in high-turnover environments.
10. Previous experience at Sales Manager or Visual Merchandiser level is preferred. This role is suitable for medium store/deputy managers seeking larger environments.
