About the role
We have exciting opportunities for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution team in Whetstone, Leicester to oversee and manage the smooth operations. Immediate starts available.
The role will include: Overseeing workloads ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, Admin duties, and People Management - Conducting development review meetings with staff (any investigations, disciplinaries where necessary).
Contract type: Permanent - Lates (2pm-10pm)
Hours – 40 hours (Breaks are paid) and Overtime optional
Full training is provided
About you
We are seeking people who have a "can do" attitude; are a great team player; have good attention to detail; are able to use their own initiative; and be willing to get stuck in to help where needed.
The ideal candidate will need strong interpersonal and leadership skills and being confident on the phone and having good PC skills is a requirement and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to move between jobs easily and are reliable.
If you've worked in a similar setting before, all the better - but most importantly, you'll bring a true commitment to customer service and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class Dune experience.
