Multi Trade Engineer
Location: South of the UK (Travel Required). Company van provided.
Salary: £180 - £190 per day. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE).

We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Engineer to join our Reactive Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with additional multi-trade skills such as brickwork or roofing highly desirable. The role involves travelling to commercial and retail properties across the South of the UK, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites.
* Undertake a wide range of tasks including roofing, brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling, and minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance).
* Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
* Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative to resolve on-site issues.
* Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations.
* Accurately complete job reports and communicate effectively with the office team.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (roofing, carpentry, or brickwork highly advantageous).
* At least 3 years' trade experience.
* Proven multi-trade maintenance background.
* Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
