A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or Maintenance

Solid hands-on experience in machining (lathes, milling, CNC, fitting, etc.)

*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held
