Open Positions Workday HCM Lead You will take ownership of the core HCM domain, driving optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing platform enhancement across multiple regions.
Key focus areas:
* Lead HCM strategy and roadmap
* Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders
* Oversee configuration, releases, and continuous improvement
* Ensure best-practice use of Workday HCM
Workday Finance Lead This role will own the Financials workstream, working closely with Finance leadership to optimise processes, reporting, and system capability.
Key focus areas:
* Drive the Workday Financials roadmap
* Act as the primary liaison with Finance stakeholders
* Lead enhancements, configuration, and governance
* Support reporting and data accuracy initiatives
Workday Prism Lead You will lead the organisation’s data and analytics capability within Workday, leveraging Prism to deliver enhanced insight and reporting.
Key focus areas:
* Own Prism strategy and data modelling approach
* Enhance reporting and analytics capability
* Partner with business teams on data requirements
* Drive best practice in Workday data architecture
What We’re Looking For Essential:
* Strong hands-on Workday experience in the relevant functional area
* Proven experience operating in a lead or senior capacity
* Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
* Experience in global or complex Workday environments
* Fluent English communication skills
Desirable:
* Workday certifications
* Experience in large-scale or multi-country deployments
* Background in continuous improvement or transformation programmes
