As a Financial Planner, you’ll become a key member of the advisory team, delivering holistic financial advice that’s truly in the client’s best interests. The firm takes pride in providing a comprehensive, lifestyle-based planning service — backed by professional paraplanning and admin support to free up your time to focus on clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Meeting clients to assess their current circumstances, financial goals, and risk profile
* Producing tailored financial plans and investment strategies
* Collaborating with the support team on cashflow modelling and suitability reports
* Keeping abreast of product developments and regulatory updates
* Representing the firm’s planning and investment philosophy with clarity and integrity
* Identifying opportunities for business development through referrals and client engagement
* Maintaining CPD and Level 4 Diploma qualifications (essential)
* You’ll be confident in building rapport with clients and thrive in a team that values both autonomy and collaboration. FCA-compliant advice and professionalism are a must.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
* Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment
* Strong communication skills and ethical approach to advice
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
