Job Overview
You will supervise the day-to-day smooth running of the department, motivate the team to drive performance, and ensure all activities are completed on time and in a professional manner. This role will lead, guide, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support the Contact Centre Management team in recruiting, inducting, and developing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant.
* Conduct regular reviews to support colleague engagement and development, emphasizing a safety-first culture.
* Deliver daily briefings to ensure performance aligns with business metrics and KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation across all areas of the retail counter.
* Maintain operational standards to achieve excellence and compliance, including stock management and customer service levels.
* Lead a customer-focused retail team, promoting excellent customer service and frictionless processes.
* Adhere to processes for returns, credits, and warranties to enhance customer experience.
* Optimize stock availability and ensure efficient pick-to-manifest times.
* Collaborate with sales and operations to maximize customer opportunities.
* Implement and maintain a robust Click & Collect process.
* Ensure retail operations comply with financial audits.
