Your Role:
As a Trainee Estimator, you'll be given an opportunity to train in the pre-construction team. Your role will be entry level but full of learning and a path to become an Estimator.
Duties you will have a hand in:
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and tenders.
Collate and manage tender documents efficiently.
Undertake manual and digital take-offs from project drawings.
Produce Bills of Quantities and issue enquiries to subcontractors.
Evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Support the team in maintaining the subcontractor database and control procedures.
Participate in site visits and general administration tasks.What our client offers:
