Position: Learning Support Assistant Primary School
Type: Part time Short Term
Salary: £70-110/day

Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and adaptable PART TIME Learning Support Assistant to guide students through their educational journey. They are looking for an individual who possesses a passion to supporting students both 1:1 and on a general basis at several schools in the Watford area. Somebody who strives to help students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor progress towards strategic aims and objectives
* Uphold a positive school culture where pupils experience a rich and rewarding education
* To provide 1:1 support for a pupil at KS1 with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, OCD and Social, Emotional needs.
* Collab with teachers and staff to track general progress of students and use skills to adapt and support.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with young people with SEMH needs (not essential)
* Can work well in a team and an effective communicator.
* Is Committed to seeing students succeed and offering exceptional support
* Possesses a calm demeanour while exercising patience.
* DBS or willing to obtain one
