This Pathology IT Associate Practitioner role is part of the team that supports the administration of IT systems in the Pathology department and Point of Care devices.
Main duties of the job
To contribute to the system administration for IT systems in Pathology including WinPath Enterprise, Pathology Record Manager, Labgnostic, AMS, Synapsys and Blood Track.
To contribute to projects within Pathology including the user acceptance testing and document control.

1. Education to A Level or equivalent
EXPERIENCE

2. Experience of using Winpath Enterprise
3. Experience of working in a laboratory.
Desirable criteria
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
5. Experience of working in an IT environment
SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

6. Good communication skills – spoken and written
7. Ability to communicate by phone and email
8. VDU based work
9. Ability to proficiently use IT equipment.
