SUPERVISING PHYSIOTHERAPIST (MSK) - PART-TIME (£20h+)
£40,000 p.a. pro-rata + bonus (c. £60k OTE)
Location: London (Central) with some remote review/admin
StretchLAB delivers 1:1 assisted stretching to improve flexibility, mobility and functional movement. We’re launching a medically supervised pathway that blends physiotherapy expertise with our Stretchologist team to deliver measurable clinical outcomes at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Assess & treat MSK clients (hands-on physiotherapy) and set clear goals/outcomes.
* Design & own the supervised assessment framework and care plans used by Stretchologists.
* Supervise directly: review assessments, sign off plans, be available during supervised session blocks, and run periodic clinical reviews.
* Document clearly: concise SOAP/progress notes; co-sign and update plans.
* Mentor & upskill Stretchologists on red flags, contraindications, and progression.
* Lead quality & safety: manage escalation pathways; contribute to audits and outcomes tracking.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (right to work in the UK).
* Strong MSK/sport/orthopaedics background; happy leading a caseload and supervising others.
* Excellent communicator and educator; collaborative and organised.
* Comfortable with digital notes/outcomes (Mindbody/ Cliniko experience a plus).
