Overview
Join Halfords as a Customer Services Advisor in Northampton, United Kingdom. You’ll be delivering market-leading standards of service to customers and supporting fitting services in-store and, where relevant, on customers’ vehicles in our car park or on bikes in-store. Training is provided to develop your skills as you progress.
Responsibilities
* Provide great customer service and help customers with their needs in a retail sales environment.
* Assist with car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
* Work quickly and efficiently, developing practical problem-solving skills.
* Contribute to a rota-based schedule, including weekends.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a retail setting.
* A proactive approach to understanding customer needs and solving problems.
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Desirable (Plus)
* Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
* Experience of working toward and achieving sales targets.
