The Role
The position primarily involves delivering and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a professional and timely manner. Once deliveries and collections are complete, the candidate will return to the branch to support the wider team with day‑to‑day operations. This may include cleaning, testing, and preparing equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for hire.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and collect equipment in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
* Demonstrate equipment to customers, providing clear and accurate operating instructions.
* Assist with branch operations, including equipment cleaning, testing, and preparation.
* Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism at all times.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the branch.
