Our client, based in Dordon, immediately requires a Sales Coordinator. Temp position of 12 weeks minimum covering long term sickness. Duties include liaising with clients from governing bodies/contractors and specifiers in regards to their queries/orders/delivery times etc. No cold calling. The Role: Contributing towards company targets by way of meeting and/or exceeding set sales targets as an individual and contributing to the teams. Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers. Act as a consultative partner to anticipate customers’ current and future needs to generate orders. Following up samples and quotations, converting these to sales. Ensuring accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, following up and generating new business through own initiative, social media and marketing activity to increase sales. Resolving conflicts, taking ownership and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner. Managing a dedicated Area Sales Managers diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis. Using internal tools and systems, to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems are maintained and updated at all times. Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production. Creating KPI and tracker reports as required by business. Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls. Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal growth in order to promote products with greater understanding and confidence Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.
