Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities
* Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products
* Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
* Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
* Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
* Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
* Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
* Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
* Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
* Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation
* Base wage $17.60/hr plus uncapped commission
* Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
* Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
