Job Description
Salary £36,363‑£46,142 per annum – Permanent – Mental Health – East Lancashire.
For applicants planning to work towards AMHP qualification, salary will be £36,363‑£40,777.
If applicants already hold AMHP qualification, or upon achievement, the salary for practicing AMPHs will increase to £40,777‑£46,142.
International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.
About the role
We are recruiting Social Workers with empathy and a drive to make a difference, finding creative ways to support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible in a place they call home. We need experienced permanent full and part‑time Social Workers to work across Lancashire as part of our Mental Health Service.

Responsibilities
* Undertake and review assessments of need, risk and capacity.
* Sourcing and commissioning care, undertaking duty tasks and supporting discharge planning.
* Work as part of a wider multi‑disciplinary team with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties requiring statutory interventions.
Qualifications & Development
We welcome applicants that are already an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) or aspiring to become one. We provide training, supervision and guidance to achieve AMHP status, and support career development pathways.
